Keenan Dreams in Digital

We built the computers to serve our needs, to do things to make our lives easier. But the machines that once served us, have become the machine that we serve. We no longer create art for ourselves, we create it in hopes of being rewarded by the algorithm. When we can make art for ourselves and our community, we bypass the algorithm, we shift the power from the machine to our community, when we make art that defies the algorithm.

While looking through my digital space, I hope you are able to enjoy the similarities and running themes throughout my design. I hope you are able to see what I see, and find the beauty within the sensory overload meant to stimulate the pysche. When we seek to preserve the universe as it is we cannot see what it can become. We see the plants as immortal, living in the circle of life, never ending, but they do not just stay the same, they evolve. As we move into the age of bits bytes and qubits, everything moves with us, as humans we are not the end, we are just a part of the whole. As the world becomes more global, corporations lead the way, they connect the world. There sole interest is making money, enriching investors on the backs of the workers, who's only stake is the minimum wage salary that is replaceable.
